At STJ Digital Strategies, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of SmartTap products, items that have been used, activated, or customized are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
